The largest and most cunning of the Blood Gods Flesh Hounds, Karanak is a hunter of mortals, particularly those that hide behind sorcery. A three-headed killer, he stalks the scent of his targets soul through the warp before ripping his way into reality to feast upon the flesh of his quarry.
