Varnish

Varnish is used to protect your models. It functions as a barrier to damage, scuffs and throughout the painting of a model can be used to protect against accidents. Some techniques use Varnish to ‘mask’ when painting. Varnish generally comes in 3 variations – Matt/Matte; this is the least shiny of the formulas, great for flesh and fabric.
